Unless there is somewhere on the internet fo you to download the image, its is VERY tough to to. You'll have to extract a .dds from the bloodgulch .map, change it, and re inject it. It's really more work than its worth.

Its not hard at all, all you have to do is find the right bitmap, eject, edit, re-enject.

As for the location, can't help you there man. Try scenery's bitmap section...or (if there is one) Game Global bitmaps

It's acually fairly easy. First, you edit the sky_clear_blue texture. Save it, inject it. Then, you edit the bloodground texture. Edit, and save it. What I do to edit them is make the contrast and brightness lower. You can't really edit the lights to make BG dark, but you can fake it, making it look like you did. The sky_clear_blue texture is the sky. Making it dark gives you a night time effect. The bloodground texture is BG itself, in a bird eyes view.

Heh, I feel welcomed! So, you did? I'm currently trying a way to edit the lighting effects. Oh, for those who want to know, my new mod (it still has a few texture problems from HMT) will be released maybe this week, or the next week, but not any later. It's for Death Island. Cel-Shaded.

wait...

couldn't you extract gephyrophobia's sky texture and import it into Blood Gulch's slot?

that should give a nighttime effect!
