I was wondering is there a way to make a semi-transparent skin. So I am able to see though the vehicle but not have it 100% invisible? I am using Adobe 6 so if you know how to do it with that, the help would be appreciated.

Thank You,
Spider

yeah i tried doing it with psp8 and no luck. so i tried adobe in school and still no luck. no matter how many time i changed to opacity or make such color trans. it kinda merges it all. so what i then did was find out the size of the .dds and created a new image, same size. then i make that layer trans. then on the old pic, the .dds file i selected what i had trans using the magic wand, holding shift to grab all the trans. once i had all the trans parts selected. i went to select invert. i think. that selected the opposite which was the skin. so i copied and pasted on the new image. as a layer. so i had 2 layers. one background transparent and other skin. then i merged them. then i save as a .dds.

for some reason when u try to save the original with transparency on it. it wouldnt save. so that method worked. hope you understand.

I have to agree with Vegito, use shader swappin.
much simpler.
