HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

hey i have this problem when i try to open 3ds max 7 and it looks like this

I redownloaded the acge16.dll file again, put it in the system32 folder and it still doesnt work.
does anyone know the sollution to this?

ps it was working before but then i formated my computer and cant get it to work now. i tried reinstalling 3ds max 7 also.

never mind i fixed it. i had to delete the acge16.dll plugin from the system32 folder and reinstall 3dsmax
