Can some please tell me how to edit the UI from the main menu and the backround music aswell

Open the file ui.map in hmt.

right but it says shit like "Bonus Level" and i have no idea what level that is :-/

Then figure it out. Try things and test, that's how you learn.

Oh, and to edit sound just open any mapfile and go to the parts labeled things like 'looping sound' and 'sound' and 'environment sound' or things like that.
