Water??? How To??

I have a map and I want to add water to it...I was curios if someone could please tell me how to do it.

It didn't work for me. I have a crappy video card, but I should at least be hearing sloshy sounds when I walk in it, and see just plain blue, and see splashes when I shoot it and stuff right? Do I have to do Radiosity_Quality 1 for it to work?

no you can use quality 0 but if you don't have a bad graphuic card you won't see the water.Don't forget to add foq under water and use right shaders.And the texture in 3ds max has to be caled water!$

if I dont have a bad card? I should still see it though cuz I see the water in Death Island as just plain blue.

well i see it also on death island but i don't see it on my custom maps.Just sent it someone who got a better one

for better water the full name is water!#$%
the symbls tell it to do dif things., you also have to use th ecorrdct bitmap texture for what you want to do, some good 1s to use are in your B30 folder.

also for water you need to add the fog under the water in sapien. otherwise it won't work properly.

what do the signs %# mean?the rest i got covered inn my tut
