To edit bitmaps such as

MC/Covie shields
Plasma Grenade explosion
Plasma Grenade glow
Anything to do with the fuel rod (ie. explosion, sparks, glow)
Turret plasma projectiles
Banshee plasma projectiles
Ghost plasma projectiles
Plasma Pistol projectiles, normal and charged
Plasma rifle projectiles
The glow to each of the plasma weapons' ends
Teleporter glow (not the teleporter shield/base itself, I know how to change that)
Needler's needles (as in the projectiles)
Needler's needles glow

Because I sure as hell can't find them, and I need them to finish my skin pack. Hopefully one of you has an answer for me, thanks.

I already have Halo Map Tools v3.5. I have skinned everything else that I wish to. These are the last pieces I need to edit before sending my PPF patch off to the files forum.

Thats all light, light volume etc.. not bitmaps.
