ive looked around and the only tuts for map making show how to make a map for halo ce. is there any way to make a map for regular halo?

nope Making a map is a custom map, so there for Custom maps Are made For Halo CE, CE=Custom Edition! Halo PC is For Modding

Haloce is also for modding.You can mod evrything!
