hey, i wanna make a really pimped warthog, with cool chrome rims

i know how to do that, but i dont know how to lower the hog.
can any1 tell me how to do it and what program i need?

I think you need a modeling program such as milkshape or 3ds max.

Well you can lower the hog with dothalo or adi. Try messing around with the tags.
