Hello I have never skinned anything before, so I am going to need alout of help I am going to skin a Warthog the color Gold so it will look like the Golden Warthog. All of my questions are listed below.
1. What tools and programs do I need
2. What are the directions I need to follow to skin the Warthog after I have all the tools and programs i need

unlike most people i like helping people

you need halo map tools
open a map that has a warthog
go to bitmaps
look through all of those for the warthog
click on it then go to save texture
open it on photo shop

then go to save as dds
then where it says that dtx thing instead of it saying dxt or whatever 3
go to alpha 1 then save, then inject it

Ok then how do you actualy import it? How do you use it in the game and alternate between Skinned and unskinned?
