help with elite skin

I cant get the elite skin to save so i can edit it in photoshop. whenever I save it i go to the folder i saved it in and its not there! whats wrong?
uhh.....or u have a virus, or you havent selected a extension (.bmp)
or your computer is really messed up......wich is almost as bad as a virus?
did you use HMT 3.5 or something else?
