No i went to the "official" site of adobe.... yea... it said it was 700 dollers.. unless that . was for cents or somthing huh.. ahh never mind thanks j4s[p]!

ps is not 60 or 70 dollars, if u were to buy it new its like 700 and if u were getting cs its 180 jsut for the upgrade, unless u were to get it for free

I'm a computer animator and let me tell you this... Photoshop is one of the industry standard profressional graphics programs. It is not cheap and not really meant for the general public as they don't need it's power.
They have cheaper versions with less options that you can find here and there. Anyone selling or buying PS for 60 dollars is either stupid to sell it that cheap or its not really PS. Like someone said earlier, go DL the trail. There are other ways of aquiring PS that i think any real modder could figure out as well.

u might be thinking of paintshop pro ive seen that anywhere from 75 to 110 but yeah ps is very expensive, and if u dont know how to use it, then just get paintshop pro its similar and what ull be doing it can do almost all of it.

Also considering the fact that Photoshop is way more popular than Paintshop Pro. Photoshop has alot of tutorials. Try these sites:
