Lord of the Rings Swords (3 Weapons so far) 2 TEXTURES!!

**WHEN THERE ARE NEW RENDERS THEY ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FIRST POST**
Im going to try to model all the swords from lord of the rings.
I just finished the Uruk-Hai Scimitar (Orc weapon). it went faster than i thought. I box modeled the entire sword from 1 box

. im going to try to make a good metal material for the render. but here it is.
this is the ref

And this is the witchkind sword (the one froto gets stabbed by)

thats really nice.....but one question...the last one....can that on be dual weilded? That would be hawt if ya could.....

i never liked the orcs sword for some reason. just didn't look right to me lol, but you modeled good i think

but you modeled good! i like the second one the best

I hope you don't mind a few suggestions. I'd like to address your orc blade. The bottom of your handle, the hilt part, should be a bit rounded or curved, not flat. Also, the outter edge of the hook at the top of the blade looks like it should be closer to a 90 degree angle. The tiny spike at the bottom of the blade seems to be curved too much, as if a circle had been stamped out of it. It might look better if it were more of an oval and less circular.

Looks pretty sweet dude, only think I would suddgest is a little more detail on the handle, but im loving the texture on the handle.

thx guys and jks i just started his daggers.
and sonictag im trying to fix up the handle to make it more clear and not as blurry.

That is what changes I would make to it, just a suggestion.
Basically I chromed the blade and added some dark detail, and also darkened the handle and added some shading detail. But it does go off the original concept

ill darken the handle but im gonna leave the blade cuase im going to put blood on it.

Good luck on the blood, it isnt easy to get blood looking good but when you apply the blood, make it so you can still see some of the sword colour so the blood is quite pale in places.
