!How Do I Skin Without Photoshop All I have is Paint!

Plz i dont have photoshop or any of that good stuff i have paint and stuff.I also have some modding tools like HMT,HHT,Sparkedit,And Convim.Can you tell me how to skin without photoshop if you can?

convim (the first link he gave you)cause the dds plugins is for phtoshop only so you could convert dds to jpeg and then jpeg to dds.

when you change the jpeg to the .dds, it wont save the mipmaps im guessing, so you can only see it from close up. Am I right?

for $660 something dollars witch is such a great deal so is 3dsmax!!!!! for $4000 something there both great deals.!!

Yeah, for Bill Gates. Like anyone on these forums has money to buy a full copy of 3ds max. Right... I'll buy a car before any program with $4,000.

Not true. Pie owns 3Ds Max. Well with a student liscence that is.
