Model ready and made but it dont work!

i followed hmc's tutorial exactly and i have my model with all markers but when i try to export it as a jms it says too many actors! what does that mean? everything is exacly as hmc helljumper had.

It isn't exactly as HMC Helljumper had because his didn't say he had too many actors. Just follow the tutorial again but carefully this time. Don't just breeze through it.

i found what was wrong.....he linked everything to the TEST model instead of the FRAME GUN node. easy. and a little somthing......put the bitmap you use to skin the gun into to gun's bitmaps folder in the data file...he didnt say that.
