Is there a way to edit halo CE maps like editing halo PC maps using sparkedit?

You cannot edit .map files in CE yet.
You must make your own.

but you can edit them with HMT except the bitmaps but you have to do some hex editing

not really theres program that does the hex editing for you but its relly not good

it is possable but you have to convert it using a special program that someone made.

Would we please start caring and stop dicussing this? CE maps were not made to be edited by any HEX matter, so do not bring this up.

im sorry is there a rule where it says i can't lol jk yea I know CE maps aren't supposed to be editing, the makers get mad because your messing with their stuff
