Mp5 for real game

Im making this for a real game project. I still need to fix up the body. Im not all that happy with it but maybe youll like it. Im trying to fix the stock so it attaches to the gun seamless. And since its for a game im not going for detail

I think that is a little (AKA wayyyyy) too high polygon to be put in game.

Lol, it is way more then that, those cylinders are probably like 1000 polygon each.

well, it probably isnt too high poly, comming from cooldude, considering
the best model Ive ever seen, by him, is only like 2000+ vertices.

Those cylinders do look like they have alot of sides, but falcon is good at mantaining a good polycount.
The model is great. If you can find a good skinner to skin that it would be perfect for a game.

and this is NOT going into halo ce and i dont plan on putting it in it. It is going into a real game.

define "Real game" you mean an actual game developer hired you as a modeller.

It means he's working for me on a game. The game will be totally new, but will use the Doom 3 engine.

Wow looks very nice , Thought too high polygon for Halo as it looks. Looks about right for Half Life 2.
This Ak-74 I modeled for Half life 2 was 3300 polygon.

Cool, ive modeled for quite a few game projects and it is quite fun. But still even if you are making a game for those with ub3r h4xx0r graphics cards, they cant all deal with 40,000 polygon scenes.

yes but u cant make custom missions, ai, gametypes and all that can you lol.
and ill let wraith explain teh games plot.

Actually we'll be announcing it fairly soon, but until then, the plot is so fiercly guarded, not even Bungie's ninjas on fire could get to it.
