Help the poor noob

I just downloaded the Gmax program...how do i go about loading and editing halo models such as hogs or whatever...When i try to import a file i get "invalid file"
please help the poor noob

well, since the topic is already started.....can someone give me a link to this plugin and tell me how to use g-max....and get the models for the vehicles to edit

just use milkshape

you don't need a plug-in

and it gets right to the point

ok, i've got Milkshape......now.......how do I use it

import wav model

then select the vertices with the select button

click and drag it

then click move

and click and drag it


then when your done

export it as a wav model

YAY I CAN kinda model like o well i guess it takes time and paitience (if only i could spell the words to descibe my feelings)

o well maybe one day ill make cool ass models

import wav?? is there a way I can jus' open an original model and edit it?? and if so where are they located

ok if im gonna model the ghost do i gotta do the same thing to EVERY model or can i just change one??
