help with shaders needed

for some reason my shaders arent showing up on my gun in game, its just white. Whaht am i doing wrong? this is what it looks like in game (i know the hands are messed up)

help would be apreciated

is that a suicide gun?it looks painfull:)
i dont know how it turns white, try to use the wood bitmap in 3dsmax
u HAVE txtured it right?, not just chose a color

was it 512 by 512 and did u make the detail scale 25 on the shader model. or did u open the gbx model and add the shader at the bottom

oh i dont think i set the detail scale in guerilla. i hope that works. and by the way its an m1 garand not a suicide gun lol... hmm suicide gun eh. needs some scaling down too i thnk

you usually don''t need the detail scale only when you use alpha maps

You never applied a name in Max of your shader, OR, you didn't create a .shader_model of the same name as the shader name applied in Max.
