Well, you need to build somthing to export, just make a box and export it, dont export nothing.

Convert everything to an editable mesh, then try.

'no geometry to export' means you need to link it to the frame

since I'm about to try to do a map, and I know its prolly in the video which I could re-watch..but does anyone want to throw a quick-and-dirty how to if you have a map built and you are needing to convert to editable mesh and link to frame?
Thanks,

Just create a box, name it frame, then select everything appart from the frame, look at the tom of your UI and find the button that looks like a chain which is called select and link if you put your mouse over it, then drag from any one of the selected objects onto the frame and there you have it.

Try selecting your whole map, then going into the modifier pannel find vertex weld (its like second or third one from the bottom), and change the threshole to 1 and try that.
