It's my first skin which I did mainly to learn uvw mapping but now I want some opinions on it.

that wouldn't be a skin. that would be a model and it is good

Lol, sorry for not being clear, I wanted critique on the skin, and I also made the model.

EDIT: I re-did the skin because some things weren't right, and I made the pic lighter.

i like the writing on the side
now the model is good except for the trigger... it is to small

The skin came out quite cleanly and nice too, btw.

It originally had that little latch thing in the front but I took it off when I started to skin it.

WAAAH thats awsome!!! thats my favorite gun! i made an airsoft
version of that, less detailed of course, either way, thats one of the
best looking mac 11s i ever seen, good job man, double thumbs
and double kudos to you because you modeled AND skinned it! whoooOoOOO! actually THE best was oldFaqs Ingram Mac 11. now
THAT thing was a beauty!

Hehe, thanks. Yea, it's a fact that oldfaq's mac 11 is better than mine because he taught me how to model.

He told me along time ago that he was going to take a break from modeling for a little bit.

EDIT: The program was 3ds max and HellAngel, do you mean the triger cage?
