help with halo2 mapfiles

well i just got my modchip working and i made a backup file of halo2 then i put it in games folder and single_shared.map(something like thats its 400mb) fails and it keeps failing so i clean disk repeat and it still doesnt can anyone help?

i ftp into my xbox
put halo2 files on comp
then put them on xbox
and it fails on the 400mb shared file

Oh right, Halo 2 is so big it wont fit on a regular xbox harddrive, in order to put the whole game on, you need to upgrade your harddrive to a bigger one. If you want a tutorial I'll give you one, if you simply weant to play multiplayer maps, you dont need single_player_shared, or any of the 01a, 02a, 02b etc. maps, so you do not need to upload them.

well how do i upgrade i do only wanna play mp but if i can i wanna do mp(otherwords how do u upgrade harddrive)

um is softmod when u dont permantly install it because i permantly installed my dash board

Softmod is when you do it without a modchip (like me)

o yeah go into network settings then change ip well i dont have a softmod so when u get the time could u write or give me a tut on it
