3ds is so stubborn

Okay, im following the tutorials... and i get to exporting
i click export, and go to .JMS and hit export... an error comes up and says " No geometry to export" then i click okay, and it says " Export Failure "

make a box
call it frame
select your level
link to box
export





please search forums before asking please :(
