if for HaloPC you will want to get HaloMapToolsv3.5 (or v3 but v3.5 is better)
when you have done that i will make you a picture tutorial one how to extract the file then how to import it.
do you have photoshop?

go to the files forum, and in the Utilities secton there a DDS Plugin for photoshop.
tell me when you get it
