Hey i was wondering if there is anyway of adding neon lights to the bottom of warthogs, i think this would go awesome with my new skin. If anyone knows id apreciate it alot. Also does anyone kno how to change the color of the headlights?

The only way I know of, and how my Civi uses it, is only available on Halo CE, it involves a trigger that enables a light source (ex, the neon's) to glow and emit light

Well i have another question for people. How can i make things shiny, my card sucks so i wanna make it look good. Like how can i make the windshield on the hog look shiny and stuff

someone on the files forum made a skin pack that makes things look like they would with a better card. the grass, and shinyness on mosto f the vehicles (i believe)
