:O wow, lol, go to files forum, it'll be in utilities, sparkedit and HMT are very useful ones, more are a paintshop, hht, hhht(if oyu can find it) and a 3d modeling program.

for HaloCE, i love 3ds max

for halopc modeling, your best bet is with milkshape3D
