Arctic Canyon

Here is a little intro for a map i am working on:
A long time ago, about a month after ce came out, I joined a mapping team for Arctic Canyon lead by a guy named Connor. It was a very small team and after one beta, the team shut down and I stopped receiving ims from team members. Recently, I had an idea-maybe I can continue work on the map. So I talked to Connor and asked if he can send me the files so I can finish the map. He agreed and sent me all the models and files. So now am carrying on Connor

because the map is a modhalo exclusive map, and if u are too lazy to regester to see the piccs-not my problem.

even if you do register just to post the piccs here, sorry to be the one to tell you this, but they are official modhalo property so u can't. also, new piccs are comming later with someone who has a much better gfx card. and no matter how much u protest, i won't change my mind

well, i am giving u a little break. i got a whole bunch of new ones taken with a better gfx card. half will be viewable by nonmembers and the other half will not. but from no on, no more breaks.

Looks REALLY NICE, but remember, don't go putting rocket launchers an fuel rods into the bases because that makes it too easy for n00bs. Like in BG the RL is in the middle. Remember. One Quarter of the map is Weapon Placement. One Quarter is models and skin. Last half is creativity.

Hahahaha! That map is so lame compared to what my map will be! (if pie can fix that damn error for me). Still, nice map man. It looks very close to what my map will look like. Needs detail.

i do not appreciate you flaming my map in my topic. Just to let you know, this map is still nowhere near done. i plan to add a whole bunch of cool stuff. And i am aware if the weapon placement problem so do not worry about that :wink:

As for the flaming, it was not meant as a flame, merely as a, ok I don't know what, I just don't think it's much. I must say it is a kool map though. I recomend taking the banshees out of the map though. It puts a big overpower of power in the map. How many canyons are there? I won;t show you the plans but it is pretty cool.

Oh crap, Im reaseding it, I SENT IT TO MYSELF lmfao

there are tanks to even out the banshee's power. also rkts an a nice little secret will keep them from overpowering the map

Nah, the map is to high the banshees can hover above the tanks' pivot range. Plus the map looks to small (wall to wall) to allow the tanks to get any shots in. Just some contructive critsism.
