Problem with a .dll file thing

Every time I open HaloMapTools it comes up with an error saying: A required .DLL file, MSCOREE.DLL, was not found. Can any one help me?

did you take HMT icon out of the folder
idk... make it a short cut or somthin

search for updates or reinstall windows. Or search windows CD for it.

u have a trojan horse viris. i got that too at one poin but i did a system recovery and it fixed it.

Or you could just make sure you have the latest .NET Framework. Then search on google for that DLLs name and find out where its from and what it does.
