Are all of these maps for PC Halo? Is it possible to make maps for Halo 2? Is there a tutorial for this anywhere?

They are Halo CE (Custom Edition).

and no you can't make maps for Halo 2, until of course they release Halo 2 for PC and hopefully release a Halo CE 2
and there are lots of tutorials to make maps,

you'll also need to find a download for Halo CE and the HEK tools, search around and you'll find them.
