Ok I am gonna make headlong from halo 2. I do need help though. I need someone who is really good at attaching bases without any errors.
Well heres a list

I havent really started at all and i know its gonna be a ton of work. Anyways I need another mapper a lot so please just help and join in.

Please someone reply. We already have the ground we just need some base experts who can attach bases

what do u mean by attatching bases... like u have a ground and a base and u attatch them together?

Headlong is a good idea.
But I already got enough h2 laggy imitations.

really, i'm making that as we speak-contact me & maybe we can work something out....


Edit: o ya, i forgot that you were doing that=oops...well, i've already started & i've come quite a long way...

lol, well whats interesting is that fact that I'm his modeler, and btw, I have a new working technique that will keep the map way more down to scale and more acurate - model wise - for sure. So if you all want to see a headlong that is deffinately coming along... you best stick with us/help us out!!! All we really need is weapons and vehicles... I do the map, and whatever else my abilitys may achieve, textures included.

anyways... all we ask is for help with items, and map design... so please, dont just throw our idea away!

well i'l tell you it's gonna be hard to compete with what he's already achieved. and without you posting pix, i would doubt you can touch his without ripping the bsp from h2. oxy, unless theirs blows yours out of the water, the i say stick to what you got.

Well you're just gonna have to take a look-see I even have textures on what's completed







I am a ways from completion... but so far I am keeping it in detail, things you may notice that are missing at the moment will be put in as scenery to help keep down the level's poly count, while also not having to worry about errors at the same time. I will also be constructing a new skybox soon

heh, as if the team didn't have enough work lol.

well, I'm the only modeler on the damn team, lol. Right now I have a method which should take me only a few more days to complete most of the map. Just stick with us and well show ya what we've got.

I'm still with oxy.

are you putting in h2 weapons? because i'm really sick of the battle rifle in haloCE....i want a full custom weapon map....

yah. and i'm with oxy. you seem to have come out of nowhere, boasting the same idea. oxy's been with us and all. seems that you're asking for help but it looks like you're doing fine yourself. meh i dunno. i still like oxy's more.

well for gods sake, I dont have any help with the items... nor do I get much help with yay, doing a good job, kind of support. It seems all you guys want to do is throw my idea away, and make me look like an idiot for trying to recreate Headlong, of course I have spent more time on this section on the map, only because I want it to be perfect. I am constructing the blue base today, I at least hope someone says a yay for that.

Ok sorry for the lack of reply but we are making very good progess, we have the base with two hogs done blue(i think) and also the road as in his pictures. We have a battle rifle and some other stuff. WE NEED A SKINNER THOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!

i can skin well...but i can only skin really well on things i make *cry* lol
