WIP: Twisted_City

Well, this is a map that I am working on that is currently at 0.000167 in radiosity. Here are some old renders, the open spaces of sidewalk will be filled in with scenery buildings, the ones that I have included int he BSP are the main ones that will be strategic points in CTF and other game types.

This map will include (so far):

Weapons

DocOc's Halo 2 Style Energy Sword
The Green Energy Sword

Vehicles

The Hellraiser Hovertank
The Axel (Still WIP, need help making it turn correctly)
The Bumpercar

Scenery

Many custom scenery files such as buildings, blockades and hopefully desctructable cars.


One thing that I am asking for that I haven't seen many people do yet is, I am asking for donations, not of money, but tags. If you have tags for thigns such as vehicles, scenery files, and expecially weapons that you have created or jsut have lying around please let me know if you are willing to donate them or the knowledge of how to make them. If you think it is good enough/finishe enough to be in this map and you would liek some part in this map, PM me or hit me up on AIM at xlxalltimelowxlx. Any and all tag/resource donations will be greatly appreciated.
Here are the pictures. If you would like to see some pictures of the vehicles as well I may be able to give them to you, depending on if I have any pictures.

Please not that I am jsut about the worst texturer you wil EVER see, so please feel free to flame the texturing if neccessary. If not, then please direct your flames to the map itself, lol.

one suggestion fix the hills around the map some of them look like walls

not hills... they are walls and thats not hte texture im using for them so they dont look right right now

That looks really good, but why is it called twisted city? does it have somthing to do with the twisted metal vehicle?

thanks pie... and its called twisted city becasue i ran out of other names lol. it is ingame but i think i may have made the side walk texture render only so i may have to run radiosity AGAIN!!!!!!! agggghhh! pray for me lol

hangar went totally fubar so im transferring all of hte cool thigngs i was gunna hve in there into this level

btw i still am looking for tag donations if anyone is willing to help me out.... im not so good at tags.

OMG!!

i played this map - (now im an official b3ta testa :) )
anyway - it totally rocks... the hovertank is soooo cooool....

i didnt get to try out the axel fully - but its got kind of rag-doll ish physics when you move and stop, which i didnt realise halo was capable of.

anyway - the map itself was really good - there are lots of little holes to hide in, and (although ill play it again later by myself) i didnt finnish off going all over the map.
