gmax texture pixelating

gmax texture pixelating

umm. it's weird. when i'm modelling in gmax and have uvw mapped my texture i always notice that it pixelates my textures in my window. do you know if it pixelates teh texture when i export it or it just pixelates in the window. well anyway do you know how to make it so it doesn't pixelate like that so i can take sceenshots and not have it look extremely crappy. also just so u no my picture of the gun is extremely high quality and is just a bit smaller than my 19 inch monitor. so it's very high quality. plz help

Go to unwrap UVW in modifier, then in that window select all of the vertecies and scale them, this will make less pixalization, but it will cause the texture to repeat itself, you can make it stop streching from like left to right but ectruding in Y or X and so on. If it is like a computer screen or a model wich shouldnt be pixalised, it is probably gmax. If it isnt, you gotta make a higher res texture for it.
