PicI have a problem when loading a skin, help me out please.

Help, I made a skin and followed the directions on

When I loaded halo, all i got was a black screen and a bunch of dots. That was after i got past the intro. I managed to guess my way to the multyplayer screen and death island, the map i skineed the shee on wasnt working. I was able to see text, but death island was greyed out.Can someone help me out here? Help would be appreciated.
