modification of original haloCE maps , haloTV

This is synide from haloTV, we would like to broadcast matches LIVE again. What we need is modified versions of haloCE original maps (bg, sidewinder, danger canyon etc.) IF anyone is able to mod orignal haloCE maps, please contact me, synidebass aim, or [email protected].
Originally the process was accomplished for haloPC using sparkEdit. The current version does not support haloCE .maps and the HEK doesnt include the original map files.
we need the mods to work only on ONE clients side, and to not affect the rest of the players. The levels are exactly the same, but the one client w/ the modded map sees warps that he can take to "spectate" the match from different vantage points. very bootleg, but until theres devmode camera online or something of the sort, this is what halo has forced us to do.
