ok in halo 2 u can be an elite in multiplayer. well i want to be an elite in mombasa for ce. if you put in an ai elite,hex edit blue team with the ai elites number ,u should be an elite. But thats just a theory dont flame, but can someone help me wid dis

You do know that you can only differentiate a few things between red and blue team. Just stuff like color change. Most everything else is hard coded (including the colors, I think). So that's really not possible. And:

But the thing is, is that there is no blue MC, there's one white MC biped that has it's color changed based on the A input, which is hardcoded.
So you can skin the white MC to have H2 looking armour, but the teams are not different bipeds or models, so you can't have anything seperate between them (except very few things.)
EDIT: Sorry, it's not the A input; I think it's the C out, which isn't a function, but it might be completely hardcoded.
