sorry if this has already been answered but i was wondering how you would put neon lights like this under a warthog

hmm well i suppose u could lk put headlights under there nd maby change da colour or use lights off a diff vehicle lk a ghost but im not 2 shure

i dont think putting the headlights under it will work cuz there not long enough and anway i dont no how to do that

You could make some light tags and attach them to the tailights with an offset to put it lower.

uhuh....sorry im a n00b at moding, with which program would you do this?

You'd need the HEK and haloCE,
or you could find out how to change the tailight's color, and move them in hex.

i got hek and halo CE. though why do i need halo CE, wont it work in Halo? and what tools in hek? 3dsmax? sapien? gurilla?

You need HaloCE to run HEK made maps.
