i built a map, rotated the mountain tops for cliffs, but they look waaaay to sharp for natural mountains. How do i smooth out the edges so the look natural
also, i want to make gently sloping hills on the floor of my map, how do i make the soft?

mesh smooth pulls up your poly count quite a bit though..... still it beats smoothing groups, they don't do too much IMO

it's my first attempt at using water in a map. I smoothed that banks out, but it still doesn't look right. Oh well, i'll play with it. And i didn't try to skin it or anything i don't know how to do that. All i did was take a plane, color it blue, and label it water! in the material editor. I dunno what else to do. So, i'll try it and see what happens.
