your missing a charging handle and ejection port, the front and back sights need to be finished, and the button (the one you press after reload) needs to looks more natural and less wierd. The foregrip needs to be a circle cylinder, the one right now is an oval shape and if you have any polygons left, try extruding grooves into it. Your telescopic stock is too large and the cylinders on that should be more circle-like, they look oval. The telescopic stock needs some work done on it. The m4 doesn't use the 20 round short clips, only the ar-15 and m16 do, just a detail.
Amazing start to a complicated gun, i'll probably attempt something like this soon.
