GLASS/TEXTURE LIGHTING

How do you make transparent destructible glass with 3ds Max 6 like in Prisoner? Also, how do you light textures so they glow, just like on New Mombasa's info signs and windows? If their are any tuts, sorry; I can't find any. Does anyone know of any?

jsut make your Shader_enviroment give off light. Its at the top of the shader when you open it up in guerilla.
As for the glass, i know how but i don't really have the time to explain it right now.

no, make some glass as scenery, make it destructable, add the breaking glass effects
not too hard but it would take a while to explain each of the individual steps.
