Help me Please

Im sory for being a noob, I know this has probobly been posted like 500 times but i know someone will help me out. I was surfign the forums and i saw a M4A1 model for the assault rifle. I though it was really cool and i wanted help on how to make my assault rifle a M4A1. Thanks
