ok i am following the tutorial that brokk posted a while ago on how to make a simple gun. i got to the part where it said that i needed to export the gun into my fp models folder and it said to export file type as a halo model export as the file type. well my question is what is the file type that i am suppose to export it as, because halo model exporter file type is not on my file type list. am i suppose to export it as a .jms or .jmp? or something else i am over looking

export as a jms

.jms is for models .jma is for animations.

ok when i do export it as a .jms i get a message about the frame linked to the geometry? what does that mean

you gotta link the frame to the geometry, as in get the link thing while having skybox selected, then just cklikc and drag to your frame.
