I Need Some Tags

im working on my first map and i need a few things
1. the tag for a stationary chain gun turret
2. the tag for a working firing wraith tank
3. the tag for a jet shee (banshee moded to look like a jet) that shoots chain gun rounds and rockets
4. info on how to add all of the above to my tags folder
