There are many reasons why a team would not want a map to be leaked, being a former member of both teams mombasa and zanzibar, i know.

Firstly the biggest problem is the fact that when it IS released there will be problems like servers having different versions of the map,

secondly, the teams don't want you to get a false sense of how it is when its not even finished, seeing it in its work-in-progress state will not show you what the final will be like,

thirdly, as with my second point, it can damage the whole map because people will think its total shit when they see an unfinished map.*

* the map can be shyte depending on opinion;) my opinion is its a good map, the textures suck tho;)

Ever since I started to see servers popping up, and I saw that the members of zanzibar team were getting mad, I downloaded the leak, that's right i downloaded the leak, but don't get mad, I didn't play the servers at all, I didn't even move. I did stop about at least 36 servers that popped up, and I'm tired of telling them to disband the server then them doing it and recreating. I've been up for more than 24 hours and I realize that this just won't stop as long as we have these ppl that will constantly keep trying to be cool by rebeling against what 75% of the ppl want. I even joined a server that stefender was in and they banned both of us!!!!! Can you believe that, one person told me he didn't give a **** if supreme_taco killed himself, he said that was one less person bitching to him. I say we just stop joining the servers all together then the servers will stop popping up because noone will want to play by them selves. Thats just my crazy ideas, this really saddens me to see the halo community go up in flames over some stupid jack asses.

you have some damm obcession of causing exploits to a server that was leaked by the testing team and they have their own rules by the way. so give it a few, it will die down, and either pass your program to bungie so they can learn to stop ouside server exploits or leave it all alone

what the heck is up with you guys about making a halo 2 map before it actually comes out or dont make it at all. i mean, seriously. a halo 2 map for halo pc would still be friggin awsome even if they made it 2 years after it came out. alot of the people here at halomods has a ps2. they would probably DIE for a halo 2 map.
