.dds qustion plz help.
My HMT just doesn't work i'm going to try and contact Monoxide to figure out a solution but it has many problems. My question is how do I apply a skin (.dds) without HMT or Photoshop (I really don't know much on skinning i'm more of a modding guy so if Photoshop has nothing to do with this don't start flaming). Please help
