1.) when i down load a skin where do i save it?
2.) how do make it work?

u can save it eny where i save it ion my desktop

u have to inject it with HMT3

Actually, if you download a skin, usually it's a PPF file. So, you would have to apply the PPF to bitmaps.map... or if you have an XBox skin, load the map, transfer the cache file and then patch it (and transfer it back, obviously).

or u can make your own skins with photoshop or that other program thats like it

A ppf bitmaps is a file that you patch (into bitmaps). First, download a patch device, prefibaly PPF-O-Matic. Open up PPF-O-Matic and choose your halo file called Bitmaps for the original file. Then choose the PPF file as the patch.
