exception when compiling collision

exception when compiling collision

I made superhigh, High, Medium, low, and ~damaged models of my scenery object, and they compiled fine until i tried doing their collision.

When i try i get:

Exception halt in .\import_collision_bsp\build_collision_geometry.c,#146:vertex_addendum_index ==vertex_index

this is my first destructable scenery. What could I have done wrong.
