Okay, basically there are 3 things that people can do to Halo. They can skin, model, or modify.
Skin: I know you can use skins and still play in all the different servers... I like to use skins myself.
Question:
Model: Okay, here's where I get unsure. If I import a model (say a basic new model for the AR) can I still play in all the games online if I hadn't inserted the model in? In other words, are models like skins where it's mainly for looks? Also, let's say you remodel the Banshee to look like a dragon (I REALLY wish someone would do that, and do it well

). The dragon model is bigger in size than the Banshee...let's say about 2x as big. Now, when you play in a game online, you get into a "Dragon". Is the "size" of the Dragon still the same as the Banshee? In other words, even though the Dragon APPEARS to be about 2x as big as the Banshee with huge wings and all, will it still act physically as a Banshee? Would I be able to remodel the Banshee to be 10x as large as it is now (or however big I can make it) then just fly around and crush everyone easily? Or will the "extra skin" of the new model just go through the ground as I try to crash it into someone, then finally 'crash' int the ground after a big part of it is in the ground already, since it would have struck the "real" Banshee?
