Need Help

I need a little help im new so i need a tut ok heres problem number 1
1: I need help with removing the warthog gun turret which i ahve but when it comes to the cyro glas i cant swap it and i need help on that
2: When ever i try to copy a warthog skin i convert it to .dds and then i try to enject it and it says it needs to be DXT2 or 3

Well for the turret you need to look at the tut again and do it untill you get a balck warthog turret, and what are you using to exprt your skins?
