if some one can make me or find me a skinning tutorial for those tricked out hog wheels and all the coloring and the way you make the wheels

Use Photoshop, you can use google.com and download photoshop for free and edit the hog wheels

dude i have photoshop and i kno how to0 open the wheels in it but i need the way to make that cool texture and make the wheels so please dont post unless you making or posting a tutorial thank you i have the full version of photoshop
