best halo ce map maker

what is the easyest halo ce map making program.

i am a noob to map making.

umm well its not easy.

u need 3ds Max
A photo editing package like adobe photoshop or paint shop pro
and u need the HEK tool kit

and have a look in the tutorial section.

There is no "map making program" its a combination of various programs used together. A photo program for making/editing textures, A 3dmodeling program such as 3ds max or gmax and then the halo editing kit which includes gurilla,sapien and tool.exe. the use of the combination of programs allows end users to create maps.

P.S. its not as easy as you might think it is.
