Skining Question

I don't know if this is suppose to go here or not. If it isn't could a mod please move it to the apriote forum. I was wondering if someone could teach me how to skin models in PhotoShop CS. thanks.

if u want to skin stuff for use in custom edition, im not the guy, but if u want to skin in pc, heres a link to the tut that got me started
